We are proud to serve hundreds of youth & teens collectively everyday in Pharr, San Juan and surrounding communities as the leading youth development organization.
Gabriel Avendaño, the first unit Director of Boys Club of Pharr, and Raul Rosales, the first chairmen of the organization’s board, began the journey of empowering youth & teens through a single standing unit in 1983. Today, Boys and Girls Club of Pharr – San Juan has expanded to a 7 site operation; 3 traditional units and 4 school sites.
We recognize our way makers throughout the last 37 years who have made this historical impact on Pharr and surrounding communities possible. Every Board Member, leadership team, employee, volunteer, and contributor has imprinted their heart on the organization that we continuously carry through in our vision for success.
Boys & Girls Club of Pharr – San Juan will continue to do whatever it takes to ensure a safe environment, provide positive experiences, and create great futures for all youth & teens who walk through our doors.
