Learning is incorporated in all aspects of our programming to enable academic success for today and the future. Clubs offer one on one homework assistance, reading challenges, college preparation programs, and activities on career readiness that help enable lasting successful careers.
CareerLaunch
CareerLaunch prepares teens for the world of careers and work. Through CareerLaunch, Club teens 13-18 years old embark on a journey to explore possible vocations, make sound educational decisions and find success in the world of work.
Junior Staff Career Development
A program designed to guide youth, ages, 14-18, toward careers in youth development by nurturing their leadership skills and providing guided, practical work simulation experiences.
Power Hour: Making Minutes Count
A daily program designed to help Club members be more successful in school by providing homework help, tutoring services, and encouraging members to become self-directed learners.
Project Learn
Through Project Learn, Club staff use all the areas and programs in the Club to create opportunities for high-yield learning activities, including leisure reading, writing activities, discussions with knowledgeable adults, helping others, homework assistance, tutoring and games that develop young people’s cognitive skills.
